What a great place to stay along our travels to the UP!! Very comfortable. Fresh and Clean. Nice amenities… coffee maker with local coffee pods! Warm and Cozy for the winter traveler. Easy check in-drive up and get some sleep. Well insulated walls too!

My husband, son, and I stayed at Shady Pines Inn for two nights during our 7-day Northern Michigan vacation, and I can't recommend this motel enough! We stayed in Room 10, a king bed suite with a pull-out couch. Our son slept in his pack-and-play and brought all his favorite toys, yet we still had plenty of space to move around comfortably.
The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was AWESOME! We also appreciated the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room.This was our first visit to St. Ignace, but it won't be our last. Don't hesitate to book Shady Pines Inn—you can't beat it!
