House Rules

• Pet policy: We are a pet friendly hotel! You must add on your pets when making your reservation. This will show up as an "Add-On" on  the second page when booking.  A $50 per pet, per reservation fee applies to each reservation (Max 2 animals).
• Pet Rules: All pets MUST be kept on a leash. Please be respectful of others animals/guests. Please keep your pets off of the furniture. An additional $25 cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence of pets on furniture. Please do not leave pets unattended as to not disrupt other guests.
• Wifi Internet Access: Our complimentary Wifi Internet can be accessed by selecting the guest network. 
• Cleaning: We do not provide cleaning throughout your stay. For longer stays, a refresh can be arranged.
• Maximum Room Occupancy: Please note the maximum occupancy per room is 4. All reservations must be in compliance. Reservations that have more people staying in a room than the maximum occupancy allows may be asked to leave without refund as it is a fire code violation.
• Cancellation Policy: We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date (by midnight). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the stay. 
• Parking: Parking is free during your stay at the motel.
• Check-In begins at 4:00pm. We do not allow early check-ins.
• Check-Out by 10:00am
• Credit Card Charge Policies: By making a reservation, you confirm that the provided credit card details are valid, and that The Inn at Shady Pines of St. Ignace may charge the provided credit card at any time prior to arrival for applicable fees. By submitting your credit card information, your room is being guaranteed. The guest on the reservation must be one of the guests staying during the reservation.   
• Smoking Policy: There is NO SMOKING in the rooms and is strictly enforced. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping/vapes and any other devices. If you are found in violation of this policy, you will incur a charge of $500. 
• Quiet Hours: For the comfort of all of our guests, please observe the quiet hours between 9pm and 8am. 
• Loss Liability: The Inn at Shady Pines of St Ignace does not assume responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, devices or any other valuables. We are not responsible for contents left in guest rooms or guest vehicles. 
• Bicycles: We do not allow bicycles to be stored in the rooms.
• Room Damages and Theft: We may charge your card post-departure for any damage to the room or for theft of any room items. 
• Check-In Age: Guests checking in must be at least 18 years of age. The Inn at Shady Pines of St Ignace reserves the right to verify the guest's age by their driver's license, state ID card, national ID card, passport, or similar ID. 
• Right to Refuse Service: The Inn at Shady Pines of St. Ignace reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed not in compliance with these terms of service.
• Privacy Policy: We handle with utmost care all guest information, including credit card details and email addresses, provided to us either directly by the guest or by third-party booking services. See Privacy & Cookies on our website for more information.
